Post #4: Positive, negative and funny experiences about this world pandemic

I perfectly remember that day when I found out about the existence of the coronavirus. And it's funny because at the time I never took it seriously. Actually I never thought that It would be a global thing.

I even remember that this whole pandemic situation started a few days after my 20th birthday. And It was horrible. I didn't want to adapt to that because I've always liked going out. Spending time with my friends and family. Going to a park and enjoying the sun, plants and the air.

For me and for my family this whole pandemic situation was very difficult because my mother had cancer a few years ago, so we were very scared because that meant a high probability of contagion. And on the other hand, my dad has hypertension and that also increases the chances of contagion. Both diseases, according to scientific studios, carry a high probability of death. For the same reason, we've been taking care of ourselves. We only go out to buy what is necessary. And currently my parents are vaccinated, so now we feel calmer about it.

The pandemic can be a great opportunity to improve as a society because we have the possibility to learn about many things such as knowing ourselves better, discovering new hobbies, professionalizing in many areas at the same time, being more empathetic with those close to us, etc. Now we have the time to calm down a little bit and spend time with our families. And in the same way, I've rediscovered activities that I couldn't do before because I didn't have time to do it. During this time I've been able to create new songs, play the guitar more and enjoy music a lot. Besides that, I was able to receive psychotherapy to heal myself. To heal all the negatives thoughts and feelings that I had. Despite the coronavirus I've been able to grow a lot as a person. And I'm so happy for that. I thought that the pandemic was going to make me an even more negative person, but It turned out to be the opposite.

As for my studies, the pandemic hasn't brought me many problems. Most of the time, I've been able to study comfortably at home, but in the same way, I miss spending time with my classmates a lot and being able to go out with them and enjoy their companionship.

I'd rather not be negative about the pandemic. I know that many people have died but I think that we are going to be okay at the end of this. We will able to learn many things to avoid making the same mistakes again.

That's all I have to tell you guys. Hope you have a nice week. Bye and take care.
